A clash-of-cultures comedy, Our Family Wedding centers on two overbearing fathers, played by Forest Whitaker and Carlos Mencia, who must put aside their differences to plan the wedding of their son (Lance Gross) and daughter (America Ferrera) in less than two weeks. The film, which hits theaters March 12, also stars Anna Maria Horsford, Taye Diggs, Regina King and Charlie Murphy.

The Karate Kid, directed by Harald Zwart (The Pink Panther 2), stars Jaden Smith, Jackie Chan, and Taraji P. Henson. Smith plays Dre, a skateboarding video game buff who moves to China after his single mother is forced to go there for work. Unable to speak Chinese, Dre finds it hard to settle in, and gets beat up by the local bully. Chan plays Mr. Han, a maintenance man who spots his black-eye and offers to teach him both martial arts and Chinese, so he can defend against all the kung-fu students. Sony is bringing The Karate Kid to theaters starting on June 11th, 2010 this summer. I’m definitely checking this one out this summer…little Jaden gone be stuntin’ like his daddy!!!
2010 is gonna be another good year for good movies. Check out the trailer for Brooklyn’s Finest starring Don Cheadle, Wesley Snipes, Richard Gere and Ethan Hawke. It’ll be in theatres March 5th. Looks like a must see!!!

Looks to be real dope. The movie is expected to hit theatres January 15, 2010.
Tip “T.I.” Harris and Chris Brown star alongside Hayden Christensen, Paul Walker, Idris Elba, and Zoe Saldana in the action-packed trailer for Takers (formerly Bone Deep) produced by Tip and executive produced by Brown.
The film releases around the same time as Tip’s expected release from prison on February 19, 2010.
Here’s Jamie Foxx’s movie trailer for Law Abiding Citizens featuring Gerard Butler. This looks like its going to be a real good movie. I will definitely be seeing this one. Its due out in theaters October 16.

The film is based on Tyler Perry’s 2005 stage play and brings back his famed character Madea. It also centers around April (played by Henson) and her struggles of life, including that of caring for her niece and nephews. April meets Sandino (played by Rodriguez) who helps to change her prospective of life and goes on from there. In theatres September 11, 2009.

I’m kinda late but I had to post this video for those of you who didn’t get a chance to see the BET Awards. Jamie Foxx was host and of course put this “trailer” out to get the people’s response.
