Lady Gaga and Beyoncé team up for this epic video for ‘Telephone’ from Gaga’s album, Fame Monster. The only reason I’m really posting this video, which is by the way so crazy, sexy, cool, is because my girl is in it, of course. Gaga kinda scares me though!
The two filmed the video a few of weeks ago in Los Angeles. The clip was directed by Jonas Akerlund, who directed Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” short film, and features a cameo from singer/model/actor, Tyrese Gibson.
SuperStar Beyoncé is featured in a new set of promo/advertisements for the ‘House of Dereon’ line of dresses. She is absolutely gorgeous in these shots…but um, I think she’s the only person who needs to be modeling House of Dereon attire because I think it definitely suits her and her only…it ain’t for er’body!!

The dynamic duo of Lady Gaga and Beyonce team up for Gaga’s second single from The Fame Monster, “Telephone.”
The original track was produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, but the official remix was produced by State of Emergency, consisting of Donnie Scantz and Jahi Sundance. In addition to the release of the remix, Gaga and Beyonce shot a video for the single in Los Angeles l ast week. So be on the lookout for that..said to premiere on February 10th. Can’t wait!!!
Beyoncé dedicated her performance of “Halo” to the people of Haiti at the “Hope for Haiti Now” telethon in London. As always, she did her thing…vocals were very nice!
Jay-Z, Rihanna, and U2’s Bono and The Edge debuted their charity single “Stranded (Haiti Mon Amour) – Version 1.0” live in London during the telethon. The Swizz Beatz production is now available to download on iTunes with all proceeds benefitting Haiti relief efforts. I really like the song!
Since the delayed November 5 premiere of this video, fans have been waiting to see what all the hype is about. If y’all know anything about me, you’d know that I’ve been anticipating the debut of this video as well. I’m glad Beyonce got together with Hype Williams, who directed the video, because he’s so ingenious with concepts and all. The Lady Gaga feature could’ve been left off (I’m not a fan..I don’t see what all the gaga is about…pun intended). I guess some of Gaga’s hype would help in the release of her platinum edition of, I Am… Sasha Fierce, which will hit stores on November 23rd, along with the rerelease of Gaga’s album, The Fame Monster.
Beyoncé performed “Sweet Dreams” at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2009 in Berlin, Germany, on Thursday (Nov. 5). She also picked up three awards for Best Female, Best Song (“Halo”), and Best Video (“Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It”). Watch her shut it down below.
Beyoncé will celebrate the one-year anniversary of her third effort I Am… Sasha Fierce by releasing a deluxe edition of her multi-platinum album, a live CD/DVD, and a new video featuring Lady Gaga.
I Am… Sasha Fierce Deluxe Edition will include five No. 1 hits and two bonus tracks including “Video Phone (Extended Remix)” featuring Lady Gaga. Also available on Monday, November 23, is I Am…Yours. An Intimate Performance at Wynn Las Vegas, a concert performance DVD and live CD that captures a never-before-seen performance from Beyoncé filmed at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas in August.
MTV will exclusively world premiere Beyoncé and Lady Gaga’s “Video Phone” video on-air and online on Thursday, November 5. “Video Phone” will premiere in the U.S. on MTV and MTV.com at 5:30 p.m. EST, while MTV channels worldwide will debut the music video in 162 countries following the airing of the MTV Europe Music Awards from Berlin where Beyoncé is scheduled to perform.

Billboard announced Wednesday that multi award-winning artist and emerging icon Beyoncé will accept its coveted Woman Of The Year Award at the 2009 Billboard Women In Music Event, taking place on October 2nd in New York City.
The honor, given to a female recording artist that has inspired the music business with her success, leadership and new ideas, will be awarded to the singer for her accomplishments over the past 12 months.
“Beyoncé is multi-platinum artist and a multi-talented woman who clearly embodies the qualities of excellence and achievement that the Billboard Woman Of The Year Award was created to honor. She has not only influenced pop culture with her hit songs and signature dance moves, but has inspired women everywhere with her unique style, business savvy and dedication to charitable causes,” said Bill Werde, Billboard’s Editorial Director.
Seems like Tapemasters Inc. have got their hands on some unreleased tracks from the I Am…Sasha Fierce recording sessions. I know alot of artists record tons of music in preparation for albums and the bulk of them don’t make the cut…I can’t wait til some more of Bey’s songs are released officially, maybe when she decides to sit down and have some kids which may be some time soon, hopefully. I love me some Beyonce but I think it’s time for her to enjoy her personal life and take some time off for family. Until then, we’ll just have to enjoy these tracks!!
