The Karate Kid, directed by Harald Zwart (The Pink Panther 2), stars Jaden Smith, Jackie Chan, and Taraji P. Henson. Smith plays Dre, a skateboarding video game buff who moves to China after his single mother is forced to go there for work. Unable to speak Chinese, Dre finds it hard to settle in, and gets beat up by the local bully. Chan plays Mr. Han, a maintenance man who spots his black-eye and offers to teach him both martial arts and Chinese, so he can defend against all the kung-fu students. Sony is bringing The Karate Kid to theaters starting on June 11th, 2010 this summer. I’m definitely checking this one out this summer…little Jaden gone be stuntin’ like his daddy!!!

Check out the trailer of Tyler Perry’s I Can Do Bad All By Myself starring Taraji P. Henson, Adam Rodriguez, Mary J. Blige and Gladys Knight.
The film is based on Tyler Perry’s 2005 stage play and brings back his famed character Madea. It also centers around April (played by Henson) and her struggles of life, including that of caring for her niece and nephews. April meets Sandino (played by Rodriguez) who helps to change her prospective of life and goes on from there. In theatres September 11, 2009.

This is Jamie Foxx’s first single and video from his upcoming release, ‘Intuition’ due out December 16. The video features T.I. and Taraji Henson as Jamie’s leading lady. It’s nice to see Jamie do something a lil different from what he’s done in the past…I mean he’s a comedian and actor also, so to incorporate a lil comedy in the video was a nice touch. The video was directed by Brett Ratner.
